7. Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible and serviceable pin codes.

  • Provide a valid phone number and delivery address.
  • Cooperate with order-confirmation calls or messages where required.
  • Ensure someone is available to accept and pay for the parcel.

Repeated refusal, fake ordering, or non-acceptance of COD deliveries may result in COD access being restricted for future orders.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other providers made available during checkout.

We do not directly store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, passwords, or banking credentials.

Payment processing is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays.
  • Public holidays.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Incorrect delivery information.
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations.
  • Operational or logistical disruptions.

Risk of loss or damage passes according to applicable law and the circumstances of delivery. Customers should contact us promptly if an order is marked delivered but has not been received.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, any available return or replacement request will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious, fraudulent, duplicate, or commercially impractical orders.
