Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
- The product must include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, kindly provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video showing the issue
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost, including shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your cancelled order was prepaid, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For eligible COD returns, refunds will be processed through:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details to receive their refund.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer product replacements for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Wrong products received
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- An equivalent product
- Store credit
- A refund, at our discretion
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product
Nuveo will bear the return shipping charges.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer, depending on the reason for the return.
Situations Where Refunds May Be Declined
Refunds or replacements may be refused if:
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
- The item is returned without original packaging.
- No proof of purchase is provided.
- The return request is made after the 7-day return period.
- An unboxing video is not provided for damage or missing item claims.
