Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details (where available).
Delivery Time
We currently ship across India.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–8 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Repeated rejection of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
You can use the provided tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address or phone number is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Nuveo cannot guarantee successful delivery or be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier partner delays
- High order volumes
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen events
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery period, please contact our support team.
We will coordinate with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please record an unboxing video while opening the package.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and the unboxing video.
This helps us verify the issue and process a replacement promptly.
International Shipping
Currently, Nuveo ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
